How to order

‘Off the peg’ ranges

When you have chosen your design, please contact me with:

  • Your details and wedding date
  • Your chosen design and any further ideas

Depending on your query, I’ll respond with an informal chat. Using the information I gain, I’ll be able to send you a tailor-made, no obligation, personal quote.

I will use these details to create a PDF of your design. If you’re happy with your paper goodies, a 40% deposit may be payable to secure your wedding date.

I can then continue to tweak your design to suit you and make sure all details are correct.

The next stage is very important. Checking all of your details are correct and signing off all the wording. Unfortunately, once an order has been signed off for printing, any mistakes discovered are the sole responsibility of yourself and you will have to cover any re-printing costs. This is why it’s very important that we go through the proofing stages.  When you are ready to sign off your order, the remaining balance is then payable and I go to print! Yay!

Then you sit back, relax and await your stationery’s arrival.

As your stationery is hand-crafted to order, I require a month lead time.

Before placing an order please visit and read my T’s & C’s page

Can I alter an ‘off the peg’ design without a bespoke fee?

Yes – I understand that all weddings are individual and designs may require a change here or there. If you see something you like and it’s not quite right, you can make a colour, wording or image change, as long as it doesn’t alter the general layout of the design.

If you are unsure or would like to discuss any ideas about a design please contact me.

Bespoke designs

If you would like me to design something totally unique and you can’t find it on my website, never fear! This is what I like to do best!

Contact me with your design ideas, wedding theme and anything else that you feel may help in developing the perfect design for you.

After chatting things through, I will then contact you within 10 days with a PDF of a draft design. If you’re happy to continue I’ll then build a no obligation personal quote.

If you like what you see and would like to go ahead with development, I will require a £75 design fee. This covers 3 re-designs.

I can then continue to tweak your design to suit you and make sure all details are correct.

If you’re happy with your paper goodies, a 40% deposit is payable, of your remaining stationery order bill, this will secure your wedding date.
