FAQ

  • When should I order/send my invitations?
I require four weeks to produce your stationery order as all of my paper goodies are hand-crafted. This is after a period of design work, which can take a few weeks. I would recommend getting in touch with me a couple of months before you would like to send your invitations. I would recommend that 'save the dates' are sent out 9-12 months prior to your wedding date and invitations 2-4 months prior to your wedding date.
  • How do I pay?
I will send you my information for a BACS transfer on your emailed invoice. On receipt of all funds, I send you an email receipt of confirmation of payment, for your records.
  • What are your postage costs?
Due to the nature of my product, I send all of my parcels via Royal Mail / Parcel Force Special Delivery so they are insured and traceable. Depending on the weight of your order, postage can vary from £7.00 to £18.00 per parcel. Unfortunately A1 table plans can not be posted due to the high probability of damage. Collection or delivery in the Tamworth area can be arranged. Other awesome alternatives to an A1 table plan are available, please contact me for details.
  • Can I alter one of your designs?
Yes! - You can make alterations to colour, wording and images. There is no charge for alterations as long as it doesn't alter the original layout of the design. Please contact me to chat about your ideas and get a personal quote.
  • Are envelopes included?
Yes! - Prices include envelopes for my main invitations and evening invites. I include 100gsm ivory envelopes as standard. My CD invitations include a sleeve and white self seal postage envelope. If you would like to discuss sending bespoke coloured envelopes or textured/woven, please contact me for a quote.
  • Can I cancel/return my order?
You can cancel your order prior to printing but your deposit will be withheld. Once printing has started, due to the personal nature of invitations, unfortunately no exchange or refund will be offered.
