Terms and Conditions

Any order placed with Be Our Guest Designs is deemed to constitute the acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

You should allow at least four weeks from your order date to expected delivery. Bespoke orders may take longer but I aim to get designs signed off with four weeks left for printing. In busy periods or times of holiday this time scale may be extended. If you require an urgent order please contact me for an expected timescale.

All prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices may change from the stated price list but will not effect orders already placed. Acceptance of an order will only be agreed once a 40% deposit of the total order is received via electronic bank transfer. In receiving this deposit, your wedding date will be secured in my diary

All information sent to Be Our Guest Designs to be included on your stationery is copied and pasted to ensure it is to the clients requirements. While I take great care to check my products, it is your sole responsibility to check and proof read any samples that you receive via PDF email or post, including layout, wording, spelling and grammar. Any errors discovered after printing are not Be Our Guest Designs’ responsibility and full re-print costs will fall solely with the client.

Due to the nature of my product, variations in colour, print or material may occur and may differ from the images on my website or samples received. As all stationery is individually hand-crafted these variations may not be deemed a fault.

Any third-party poems, hymns or other material that you may want included within your stationery, it is your responsibility that you have permission to use them or own the copyright.

Goods will only be dispatched when the final payment has been received and cleared. On receipt of your order, you have 48 hours to check quantities and quality. If issues are not brought to my attention in writing, within this time frame I understand that your order is correct and complete. Any faulty items must be returned to Be Our Guest Designs before any amendments can be made. If a fault is deemed my fault, return postage will then be refunded.

Postage costs are per parcel, not per order. All postage costs will be stated clearly on your final invoice. Please note A1 table plans are not able to be posted due to high probability of damage. Local delivery or collection around the Tamworth area can be arranged. Alternatives to the A1 table plan are available, please contact me for details.

If you, the client wish to cancel a placed order, your deposit will be withheld. If your final balance has been paid, your order is non-refundable due to the personal nature of wedding stationery.
